Huge portions! The panelle was good, really light and airy. I had the pasta alla norma, which was tasty, just a little heavy on the cheese. A bit pricier than some places in sicily, but the food was cooked beautifully. The restaurant itself is really pretty, and I loved that it was open outside the usual hours. It was quiet but still open, which was perfect for a late lunch

Dined at TINCHITE' Taverna & Putia while in Cefalù. Tucked along a narrow street, the atmosphere was cozy and casual — we sat on the streetside patio, and the service was friendly. Tried a few of their signature dishes, but they were just average and fell a bit short of our expectations. Overall, a bit overrated. Saluti

Prepare to wait! We called and they told us they don‘t take reservations. Upon arriving, we had to wait 30 minutes to get a table. Granted, it was a Friday evening. Maybe other days are less busy. Some dishes were excellent and some were decent. I can recommend the tuna and the pasta taianu! Also, the portions are well sized! You won‘t go home hungry. The waiters were fast and attentive.

Great food! I had fortunate pleasure of staying next door so got to try different dishes. As a group ordered the tapas but seafood and meat version. Some of the seafood could go without. Had the local specialty pasta a taianu which was worthwhile to try. Wholesome dish. Came back for the pistachio cream ravioli. I love cream but this was on the rich side for me. Can still be good for some. Great nutty flavor in the sauce tho. Luckily I stayed next door so didn’t have to wait in line too much as had the comfort of own place. But during popular dinner hours of 630-7pm this gets a long line. And I went in October. Not sure what line would be like during peak summer

The best restaurant we visited in Cefalu. The caponata was amazing (and the recipe was also exquisite). The pasta alla norma was my personal favourite with my companion saying the the sardine pasta was theirs. We sat at a table in the street to enjoy our meal. The staff were kind and attentive.

Extremely nice food spot in cefalu. The service was attentive, the style of the place was nice we could eat outside in the terrace and it was wonderful. The portions of food were great price for value. The tuna was one of the best I’ve had in quite a while, it’s a must!

The best food we had in all of Sicily was here. It was recommended by Fabrizio, from Astro suite hotel. We went there 3 times, the last time with my colleagues/friends. Absolutely delicious every time. My colleagues loved every dish we ordered. Also, the best streak I had in a long time was the scottina from Ragusa served here with porcini cream sauce. Just melted in our mouths. Highly recommend trying this place and it is well worth the wait. Pasta taianu was also a highlight and so was the busiate however I recommend cooking the busiate slightly less. We thought it was a tad overcooked but delicious.

Amazing traditional taverna - the food was incredible! Very nice atmosphere in the restaurant, staff very friendly and quick service. We sat right by the open kitchen and was great to see the chefs in action cooking the amazing food. We shared mussels to start and then a meat platter, aubergine parmigiana and their traditional pasta a taianu (which was to die for!!). 100% would go back
